On the way to Roppongi, Lucas and I made a much-needed pit stop on a random sidestreet in Minato for some snacks. Luckily, we stumbled upon Rakuman, a croquette shop. We each got a potato & beef croquette, which we were piping hot in a paper takeaway bag. In addition to an assortment of crispy croquettes with perfectly golden panko crust, Rakuman also has mouth-watering karaage, Japanese fried chicken.
